The problem
Most e-commerce UIs default to a cluttered marketplace aesthetic — every product competing for attention, no coherent visual identity. Shoppers land and feel overwhelmed rather than inspired.
What I built
ShopCo is a clean, brand-forward storefront built around the idea that finding clothes that match your style should feel effortless. The catalog spans 200+ international brands with high-quality products, built to surface the right item to the right shopper without noise.
Stack & decisions
- Frontend: Next.js + Tailwind — fast iteration on layout with a consistent design language across every page.
- Design: typography-led, generous whitespace, letting the products breathe instead of fighting for space.
- Performance: static generation and optimized images for sub-second load times.
Outcome
A storefront that feels more editorial than transactional — proving that e-commerce UI can have a point of view without sacrificing usability.
